The Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square

It was a great hotel location wise especially in the holiday season.

My room was amazing I asked for a " room with a view" and it did not disappoint. I had a room on the 31st floor with an amazing view. The bed was large and super comfy and the room was very clean. Location was central and absolutely fantastic I was able to walk to Union Square I loved everything about it including the lift with the fantastic view. I felt very safe in the location and the hotel itself. It exceeded my expectations.

Liked the room we were on the 19th floor in the tower, the concierges were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help and provide and help. Gym is great. Used the bike ride and uber vouchers plus had breakfast and evening meal one day.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was friendly. However, I was charged twice so I had to deal with that one morning when you don't really want to handle that on a vacation. The first lady I spoke to said I wasn't charged twice but when I showed her my credit card statement she got her manager and then something was actually done about it. Added some stress to my stay.
